after placing my order thru the drive-thru I checked to make sure the order was right and it was not so I beep the horn and they ignore me I had to park my car get out on torrential downpour and go inside to get the correct order I will never go back they were so rude. Maritza
This Dunkin has about 2 employees that actually function. This is the closest Dunkin to my office and almost all of the staff go here JUST BECAUSE IT'S CLOSE not for quality. They always sound like your bothering them with your order and when you order something and send it back bc its wrong you get a bunch of attitude and eye rolls. I've been in the drive thru and actually witnessed two employees fighting about something while i'm waiting for my order. I mean just look at the reviews! The manager or owner really needs to step it up!!!!
The few times I've been there they didn't mess up my order. The meet the expectations I have for a Dunkin Donuts establishment.
Rudest people. The greeting I got through the drive through from the male employee was what would you like. Then once I finished ordering said pull up. At least the girl who rang me out was nice. Worst customer service
