Eight of us went in to have dinner. First of all 7/8 of is ordered the salad bar. Went to get salads the lettuce was frozen and the iceberg was the white hard pieces of lettuce. We all had ranch dressing. We ordered our meals. Chicken tenders were overcooked and the size of a half dollar. The steak was overcooked on the outside but so rare and pink on the inside , the shrimp was the same ( overcooked on outside and not cooked in the middle. I asked the waitress to speak to the manager. She came back and said the manager took care of the bill but manager never once came over to speak with us. Within a 1/2 hr the seven of us who ate the salad were running to the bathroom. This place needs the Board of Health in there. Disgusting!!
went here for something different - that it was - the wait after seated at bar was horrible to say the least, had to ask 4 times for a glass of water . they were out of everything including marguerita mix and hamburgers - seriously???? we did get the "last" burger but then they wound up taking it off the bill since it was to be medium and was like a hockey puck - after waiting over 1/2 hr - never again - was told it was under new management - they need to rethink this choice????????????
It took us an hour and a half to get our food. It was busy but should not have taken that long. I asked for a medium cooked steak and when i got it it was over cooked and i couldn’t even chew it. 3/4 of our steaks were over cooked. The presentation of the meal was awful. I expected something like what it looked like on the menu but it was just potatoes , green beans , and steak thrown onto a white plate. I personally didn’t get the salad bar but the 3/4 who did all were running to the bathroom after they ate the salad bar. The waitress was nice and she was trying her best. We ended up leviang without paying for our meal because the meal was that bad and there was no way we were paying 100 dollars for all of it.
The wait staff was great cant say much about food. We waited 25 mins for a cold soup and they dropped my husband burger when it came back half was cooked and half pink. Never again will I go there....
Waited for a table for 30+ minutes, then took over an hour after we ordered to get our food (even though it was not during the rush hour), wrong drinks made by the bar, and the kitchen was out of EVERY SIDE BESIDES BROCCOLI (THEY WERE EVEN OUT OF BURGERS....like how). For the price, this place is definitely not worth it. Would not recommend to anyone.
