My cousin and I ordered the exact same pedicure(scented-pearl) and i was given about half the treatments she was. As the woman was applying one of the moisturizers in the set she commented on the eczema on my legs, which is why I chose that pedicure. Then after the moisturizers she put rubbing alcohol on my legs. It burned and effectively cancelled all the lotions she had put on me
This place is very pretty and they have good tools and are very up to date with trends and everything. I can tell they are very clean. The hosts are really nice but the nail technicians weren't... They guy doing my nails made them very uneven and all different shapes. My friends nail guy gave her a completely different shape than what she asked her and kept snapping at her. Then when I was sitting next to my friend talking to her he all of a sudden screamed "CAN U LEAVE HER ALONE PLEASE. LEAVE", so yeah I definitely got up and left. I've never been yelled at by a worker before. Very uncalled for. I won't be a customer again.
I was well taken care by Sal! Let me tell you I had the worse ingrown nails ever! She was understanding and sweet to my concerns! I will definitely come again to see Sal in the near future since she got my back ;-)
I never write poor reviews, but this one takes the cake. My fiancee and I stopped in for pedicures on Monday 10/23/17. She doesn't normally get pedicures (I think this was her second one ever, so she didn't know what to expect). While the technician was scrubbing the bottom of her left foot, she got distracted by the television on the wall. She ended up rubbing a hunk of skin off of the side of my partner's foot. My partner didn't realize how bad it was until the next morning. It's in a bad location as it rubs on her shoe. It's actually getting worse, not better and we are concerned it might get infected. We brought this to the attention of the manager first on Facebook Messenger the next day (we never heard back) and then we called him the day after that. We sent him the picture and his response was basically "all I can give you is a $10 gift certificate". He didn't ask who worked on her feet! Needless to say, we won't be going back there again and we did not reply to the offer of a gift card. Seriously, find somewhere else.
Got my nails done on a Monday and by Tuesday they were chipped, awfully painted so bumpy. Won't be going here again
