I brought my car there for two recalls and I won't be back. They hadn't planned ahead and ordered the parts necessary for the job so they kept my car for two extra days, giving me a loaner car that reeked of cigarette smoke, triggering a severe headache and breathing trouble every time I drove it. When I called and asked for a different car, I was told there were no other cars available and I was stuck with that one if I wanted a loaner car. While the people working direct service were nice enough, my car was held hostage due to their poor planning and they offered no solutions to the problem they caused.
How nice it is to be treaveling to see the grandkids on Christmas Eve and have the shroud fall down and dragging underneath the car. Thank god my husband is a mechanic, and pulled into a friend s home nearby so we can drive the car. Time to look at a different vehicle at a dealership that kniws what they are doing. Our family gives Marcotte their business. Time they knew what has transpired with the Fusion I had prior to this and now this Escape. Shame on you.
I saw a 2013 Mustang convertible at the dealership, went home and checked it out on line. I received a quick response with a lower price than advertised. so I went to Marcotte Ford for a test drive, met sales rep Brian we negotiated an even lower price for the car. The buying experience at Marcotte Ford with Brian was very relaxed, no pressure at all. I believe I received a very good deal on the Mustang Convertible
The salesman Steve m, was great to work with. I told him that was my first time to the dealership,and he put no pressure on me to buy. He would always text me back the same day. I would definitely tell my family and friends to go there to buy a ford.I will be returning there to buy my next f150. Experience was great
This is the second time that my car went on for an oil change to having the screws that SHOULD have been screwed in NOT done.
