Came in looking for a memory card couple months ago and there was one listed on the wall for like 35$. I asked about buying it and the clerk named Brian said that price was wrong and he would not sell it to me for that. He proceeds to peel off the sticker and says he will give me 5$ off but can't sell it to me for the price that was listed. I told him any other business would have honored their pricing mistake and sold it for the price on the sticker. He said he didn't have to. I ended up buying it, went home and looked up the price online-- found that it was still way overpriced. Came back to the store and returned it. Will not shop here again. Staff was rude and their merchandise is way overpriced.
Dealing with the Holyoke "Hunts Photo" store for for a while now. Every time I go in there the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Outstanding service and customer support. I was shopping around comparing prices on excellent-rated used professional equipment that was no longer available. Hunt's Photo's prices were in line with New York wholesalers such as Adorama and B&H but with the advantage of being able to look at the equipment on the premises. Later, Trisha, one of their associates (Holyoke branch), called me to tell me that she had found one of the obsolete equipment I was looking for. Hunt's Photo offered it to me at a better price than the wholesalers because I was a "good customer". The order was done "on a hand-shake", like the good ol' days.
