Over the next few months Tarik and his coworkers took extremely good care of my friends and myself making any decision making extremely simple. Tarik C, Brittany C, Rashaad R, TY I, and too many other names to mention were all very helpful in making sure everything fit right, and that we were all satisfied with our suits. The tailors did a excellent job making their adjustments. A friendly staff of a bunch made up of some cool guys and gals.
I got great service here, and an excellent suit at a reasonable price.

Just went in because a 100.00 shirt that I bought a few months ago was alread worn. I never had a shirt start wearing like that before. I have been a client of men's warehouse for years, and if the manager acted like he cared that would have been great, but he didn't. He said he would give me 40%off a shirt and pretty much insulted my intelligence as they always do this deals because of their high markup. I hope the manager looks into
I went in after 5PM M-W, or just as they open on weekends to avoid any rushes, and always had a great experience.
The big day came, everything fit and we all looked great. Would definitely go through this location again for any formal wear needs. Thanks again T!
This would be my advice: Do not go to this place with a wedding party unless you want to add more stress onto your planning and preparation.
I got married in September 2017. Back in June I made the decision to use Men's Wearhouse in Holyoke to supply my groomsmen and myself for the big day. I met Tarik "T"Clark that day when i first went in, he was beyond helpful. His level of professionalism and service exceeded my every expectation.
My account and sees the thousands that I have spent there over the years mostly in a New York location. Great job Men's Warehouse you just lost a great client thanks to your manager on duty. I left the shirt there and left.
I rarely write reviews but I want to try to save some people some time. We gave this Men's Warehouse about $3000 worth of sales for a wedding party. There are other reviews on here that say "once you pay.. you're invisible." They're correct. The process they used for our wedding party required us to go in 3 different times (for a wedding party this isn't really ideal as a lot of times people are traveling long distances). We went in once to get measured and pay for our custom suits (which took 4 HOURS because of the disorganization and misinformation we were receiving throughout the process. At the end of it, they told us all to buy GIFT CARDS for the amount of the outfit and just leave them with the gift cards so they could process it all in the system later because it was too much for them to handle then apparently. So when we left, all we had was a receipt for the purchase of a gift card, no proof of the actual "purchase." Luckily, we had no issue with the payments). We had to go in another time once the suits came in to try on the pants and have them hemmed (all the other parts of the tailoring were complete, why not the pant hem? The length of the pants is the one thing that wouldn't change in the two months before the wedding as we aren't getting taller or shorter.) We then had to go back a third time to pick up the pants. When returning to pick up the pants, they greet you and once they find out you are just there to pick up something already paid for they will continue to help people entering the store as they sluggishly help you (if at all). I, myself, called at least 3-4 times asking on the status of my suit and was put on hold for at least 5-10 minutes every single time I called while they "tried to find it and it wasn't there." The last time, what do ya know, they found it, it was there. Complete disorganization at this place. I was just told by another member of the wedding party that he just got off the phone with an employee there when checking on the status of his pants and they told him "they will be ready tomorrow at 5, do not call or come in to get them before 5." They also told him they will not call him when they are done. (This was the last straw and the reason I decided to write this review.) Extremely unprofessional as the wedding is in three days and he just wants to make sure everything is all set. If I could return everything, I would.
