On January 25th I came here and asked them to resize a ring I got. They said they could send it out and get it resized and it would come back February 6th (the 'promise date'), then they would send it to a Kays near me because I live an hour away. I paid the $30 to resize the ring that cost $50 and waited. I called the Kays near me a few times and they hadnt gotten it so on February 15th I called this store and asked. They had gotten the ring but nobody had sent it out so they apologized and said they would send it out in the morning. I haven't heard anything yet (today is February 18th) so I called back. Someone answered and said to hold for a moment while he checked if the ring had been sent out yet. I sat on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up and called back. Someone picked up the phone quickly because I could hear the noise in the store, then hung up. Now, aggitated, i called again and asked about it and they said they sent it out this morning and I should get it in a few days. I'm just dissapointed by the service here and I will not be coming back
