OMG!!! To all the parents of college student this business is so professional and honest! My daughter got a job offer and had to move quickly to Calif. Boomerang helped to package her college storage things-very honest in getting the cost down for her in shipping. Felt like you were taking to old friends who were helping you move. Great business people!
I found the pick-up and delivery service very useful, - they came punctually and took care of everything. However, what made this such a good service was the the invaluable experience I had had with customer service when I realised that I had left my passport in my storage. In less than a day's turnover, they had found my passport and shipped it to my convenience (while also providing me a variety of other options regarding how best to obtain it). I will definitely be using Boomerang again and owe them one big-time!
My husband and I needed movers to help us move to a nearby town in August. We got some quotes from three different companies and Boomerang's was competitive, but I was really won over by the friendliness and attention to detail of the staff. They took some time to understand what items we were moving so they could give me an accurate quote for the job- which is what I paid in the end. I have heard stories of other companies charging more for the job than originally quoted so that was definitely a concern of mine! I did not have that problem with Boomerang. And I continued to be impressed with the moving staff who were timely, courteous and attentive with my (many) things. They blanket-wrapped my furniture and were very careful with all of my boxes. From heavy dining furniture to rugs and even a piano- they moved everything without issue. If I were to ever move again (doubtful) I would definitely use Boomerang. They made what could have been a stressful situation a pleasure!
I highly recommend Boomerang Storage, not only are the prices reasonable, but the customer service and support are really one of a kind. Scott and the office staff went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and they even remembered who I was when I used their service for a second year. The movers picked up my items and redelivered them back to my new room in the fall on my schedule. This service is convenient, and reliable. My parents love their service as well because I no longer need them to travel back and forth in order to help me move on and off campus. This makes the prices of this service stand out even more. I look forward to another year working with them! I would highly recommend this service to all students.
