The manager here is awesome, but, it is a corporation so alot of things are done by the book. Overall it is definitely a safe place to store your stuff especially for holyoke.

Who ever is running this place now does not know what there doing and should be replaced got a u haul the other day and was charged twice because they put in all the wrong information into the computer they asked how many miles i was going i said 25 they put in 10 miles then told me the full price after i was charged it shouldve been 35$ i got charged around 60$ When i told the lady she shouldve said it before hand she said i always tell my customers that i know what im doing...horrible customer service and clearly se doesnt know what shes doing
