I have been coming here for years and every year the service gets worse and worse! I was seated promptly but it took the waitress 10 mins before coming to take our drink order at that point we were ready to order. We didn't even have utensils! My coffee was brought over without any spoon to stir there were at least 2 other tables were the customers were waiting for someone to take their order. 2 customers even got up and left because no one came over to help them, they were seated and forgotten! The staff needs more training!
Absolutely will not return, don't waste your time or hard earned money! Facility was dirty which I could overlook if the staff had been friendly or at least attentive. Waitress (loosely call her that) did not return after food was served at all. No ketchup available. Didn't bring butter for pancakes. Did not offer refill on drinks. Only came to table as we were leaving to see how things were. It was blatantly obvious that Spanish speaking customers were the staff's priority. Paying the bill wasn't even an acceptable experience. Asked for a to go cup for child's smoothie, was given a small cup with large lid. No attempt to correct it or even apologize. All around worst Denny's I've ever been to.
Food tasted good so cooks were cool. But service wasn't very good at all. And the atmosphere there was NOT kid or family appropriate at all. Very unacceptable.
Food and service was awful. Asked for sugar for our coffee and she dumped 10 packets on the table. And walked away.
