The wait for our food was extremely long. We were seated by the kitchen, which we do not usually mind. Tonight was a very different experience. Kitchen staff and one waitress in particular were very loud! They spent lots of time being loud and bickering back and forth. Back of the house manager was present and did nothing to quiet the uproar. Perhaps if more time were spent staying on task without all the socializing for would not take as long to be prepared. Only good thing is we were just passing through on our way home. And our Red Robin is much better!!
I've been to this Red Robin many times. We've always been treated well. The servers have always been curteous and quick. Families are welcome, which is great. The burnin love burger is probably my favorite burger from any restaurant to which I've been.

Twice we have come to this Red Robin and had a bad experience. Always a wait to be seated and a wait to get food. Ordered drinks that we didn't get for at least 15 minutes. Food arrived luke warm at best.
