I've been a customer to this specific store for more than ten years and I've never experienced such poor customer service skills starting from staff down to management i purchased a pair of shoes for my husband and they sold me a pair of dirty shoes that night i gave him his gift and when he opened the box is when he noticed the scuff stains on the bottom of the shoes on top of that i had told the employee by the name of Jordan or Jorge cant recall his name that i needed a size ten and he told me to get a size bigger due to the shoes running small. which i believe was a scam to get rid of the dirty shoes when i returned the next day to exchange the shoes they were extremely rude to me when the same employee noticed me walking in through the doors he quickly gave the cashier a odd look and quickly hid in the back of the store i was told not only by the cashier but buy the manager as well that they could not exchange the shoes because they were worn already. which was a complete lie because they sold me the shoes like that. the manager on duty she even be a manager she does not know how to speak with customers and she was extremely rude im not sure how she even got her position. but i will never shop in that store again
