My sister Purchased a pair of UGGs from here, the sales rep was pushing for her to buy the protectant spray which she didn't get, came home to find out that most of the newer UGGS are pre-treated to be water resistant hence the higher price. You would think their associates would inform you of that. Be careful of what they try to sell you..
Most of the sale representatives were nice but the one who helped me was unprofessional and full of herself. I get it, it's your first job. She looked at me up and down and already decided that she disliked me. Please train the newbies better.
