So so selection, but pretty decent prices. Unfortunately it's in Holyoke.

Great experience, as always. I could look at all the animals and fish all day!

Horrible experience. Have had 3 instances with them resulting in dead animals, sometimes before I've even reached home. I have fish, both fresh and saltwater. I have had issues with both. I will say that I've dealt directly with their District Manager, as well as the store manager, which was a pleasant experience (for the most part, the manager didn't notify the worker about my coming in for a refund so it was like pulling teeth to get my issues corrected). My saltwater tank has at least $1.2k that's been put into this year. The issues of dead or unhealthy fish could have crashed my tank, multiple times and I'm just not okay with that. Even inside of the stores, you can see plenty of dead fish inside the tank with the other fish. They don't try to take them out or anything, which of course is going to raise the ammonia level poisionging the other fish. I've also received dead and/or dying snails. The last time that I went in for some snails, it took the young man nearly 5 min to find "some that aren't dead". Well one of the ones that he packed did end up being dead. I've never had an issue with any male bettas, and I think that's because they are kept separate. They aren't kept in tropical temperatures (as they should be), but they aren't left in congested tanks either. When you receive them they are a bit groggy and slow, but once in the proper set up, they've always done me just fine and have survived for years. It's the ones that are kept together in poisons tanks that is the issue. I wouldn't recommend buying ANY fish/ invertebrates/ Corals from this location. Their corals are washed out as well. Keeping fish isn't that hard but yet they seem to have a major issue. I've also read that their water "testing" is with paper strips, which is highly inaccurate and not used by those who are truly in the hobby. Management can do damage control, but after multiple infractions, I'm inclined to think this is simply that way the store is.

The older lady that works in grooming is losing money for your company! She is rude and completely unpersonable. Walked in today asked if she could cut my dogs nails real quick before her next appointment. She goes you don't have an appointment so no. I tell her how good my dog is and how it takes two minutes to cut her nails, she doesn't even have to put her on a table the girls typically do it on the floor. Still no. I understand I didn't have an appointment but it takes two minutes. After her rudeness I will gladly take my money elsewhere with all three of my dogs. Your loss not mine.

I came into the store tonight looking for an item that I saw on their website . I asked the sales associate Kali if she would help me locate The item that I saw on their website . I had a couple questions about the item and she was very knowledgeable and helping me choose which one was best for both my dog and cat. The customer service here is always amazing
