Had the worst experience at the kmart from Holyoke in Northampton st. To check a price they give you the runner around.. then they say Jackie is going to meet you by the merchandise, waited there for 10mins. And no one shows up then I go back and ask where is Jackie and they say she's meeting you there then I go back And NO Jackie so I left And called manager and she was no help either. Really bad customers.
Absolute the worse costumer service. Went to return an item and cause it was past 30 days they would not take it back, mind you it was unopened and not damaged in any ways and was only one week past the 30 days. Will never go back here or a sears cause they are connected. I work in costumer service and I would take back that item for good costumer service and keep costumers coming back but clearly they don't care about that.
Honestly, I work here the customers are rude some very nice and educated others just snotty need some education I understand the store can be better but if you don't like it don't shop there simple it's your money why choose to shop and complain I love my co-workers sweet hearts amd the managers and supervisors are amazing Ilove working there we work our behinds off for people to be putting bad reviews why don't you work there huh?? okay then Thank you for shopping at your HOLYOKE kmart have a good day and goodnight..

Horrible bussness and employes my 2 year old had grabed n put in baby sisters a medince and i didnt realized till i get harrased outside buidling by securty stating i stole everythig i didnt need i put back n then charged me 400 something fine over that little thing they are horrible people they yelled at me harassed by 3 infront of children
