Clean and spacious. Prices are better than I had expected. They have grocery items and they accept manufacturer's coupons.
As someone who constantly shops at this Target, I can give you quite a few pro's and con's.
I've always considered target to be a go to place for my family- this experience was terrible. I was dropping my daughter off at college near by and needed some last minute things. This target was completely unorganized- I could find nothing. Everything was out of the stock and the workers were incredibly not helpful. They refused to help when I had difficulty locating a product. Simply last and Incompetent staff. I do NOT recommend this place for shopping in any department
4 out of 5 stars- you can't really blame them for not staying on top of children whose's parents let them loose causing chaos for their shoppers and aisles.
I've never heard of rude staff, I have seen customers yell and blame the staff for things out of their control. I've had some staff greet me or ask my how my day was- However, I don't really rely on customer support as I like to shop by myself.
Customer service reps are really nice whether you are in store or on the phone. They will help set aside the item and check you right out when your ready to go. Even the self check out has made things completely easier.
The store is always busy, which is great that they are getting customers- but bad in the sense that things are always sold out or not in stock. Not so much the stores fault- it's more like high demand and normal stock. They replace/refill as soon as they can.
Another con- which again isn't the store's fault- is that parents let there children wander around. Or let the toy section baby sit for them while they go shopping. You also have the occasional group of teenagers throwing things/trying to steal/being loud. All of this causes for the aisles to be constantly messed up or toys being opened or staff thinking they have things in stock when in reality it's been stolen. Once again- In all honesty, the only people you can blame for this, are the parents. A store isn't obligated to watch your children and the mall isn't like a school drop off zone.
I come to this place all the time. The employees are fantastic and the prices and savings are all there in one stop shopping. I had the nicest manager assist me who's name was Marka. She made sure that me and my group were well taken care of and even took the time to go get me an item off the shelf when I grabbed the wrong one. Instances like that will keep bringing me in as a regular customer or guest as they like to call their customers. Such an awesome Target.
The past few weeks I have gone into your Holyoke Mall store, it has been uncomfortably hot. Your employees are wonderful and I love the store but do not even want to shop due to temperature. It is already hot outside, I want to come in for some relief and browse. I have been told this is a corporate issue, as they control the temps. Well corporate, you probably are in a very cool, air conditioned office! If you want to make sales you need a comfortable atmosphere for your employees and customers. I may be shopping elsewhere for now.
